Micro-Finance Advisory Services

- Family Fountain’s micro-finance support services seek to assist micro-finance institutions (MFIs), both in Ghana and other parts of West Africa, by attracting medium to long-term funding to diversify their funding base.

- We also provide professional investment monitoring services to foreign investors in the MFIs with the view to protecting their interests.

- We conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, technical support and other special assignments to meet the objectives of our investor partners.

 

Private Equity

´We make structured, non-control, investments in businesses focusing  on expansion capital also selectively pursue development equity, pre-IPOs, management sponsored buy-outs, mezzanine debt, and restructuring opportunities
